Associated Stone & Tile Installers (ASTI) has installed tile and stone floors for Greater Boston homes and businesses since 1972. We install kitchens, baths, foyers, mudrooms and sunrooms, and commercial floors, with the subfloor preparation that keeps large tiles flat and grout lines crack-free. Why preparation matters for tile floors
Large-format and stone tiles need a flat, stiff subfloor. Before setting tile we check the floor for flatness and movement and correct it, so the finished floor stays level and the tile does not crack.

Floor tile FAQs
Can you install wood-look tile?
Yes. Wood-look porcelain planks are one of the most common floors we install, especially in kitchens, mudrooms and basements.
Do you install heated floors?
Yes. We supply and install radiant heat under tile and stone floors, and in shower seats.
How much does a tile floor cost?
It depends on the area, the tile size and material, and how much subfloor preparation is needed. Call (781) 893-7041 or request a quote.
Is your work warrantied?
Yes. ASTI warrants its workmanship for one year from the date of completion. We are a registered Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor, #141722. We do not offer financing.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, ASTI pulls permits for homeowners where they are required, and coordinates plumbing and electrical work with licensed trades.
